BOLD Scripts Workshop
The goal of Bold Scripts is to change the relationship that agents have with scripts and create lasting results with their communication. You will walk away from week 1 with the ability to set 1 appointment every day with the tools we teach. Week 2 will teach you how to close 75% of the appointments or more and walk away with a signed contract. All done in a supportive, fun and exciting environment.
Week 1:Prospecting Techniques for Sphere of Influence, Just Listeds and Just Solds, Expireds, FSBOs, and converting leads to appointments.
- You will learn not only the right words but more importantly the exact tonality and body language to support that tonality.
- Language of sales: Removing resistance through mimicking and matching with anyone, anywhere, anytime (becoming irresistible)
Week 2: Presentation Skills
- Listing Presentation, Prequalification (the listing process), How to present price effectively in today’s market, Price reductions and handling the most common objections from buyers and sellers.
- Language of Sales: How to create rapport and connection through physiological mirroring and matching and leading.
BOLD Scripts is delivered in the following format: 2 days one week, 2 days the following week.
